Located in the heart of the West Village, Pinto Garden is home to vibrant and ambitious Thai cuisine prepared with seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. For the menu, Chef Teerawong "Yo" Nanthavatsiri takes inspiration from his favorite dishes found in his home city of Bangkok, as well as throughout Thailand's diverse regions. 

 Chef Yo opened the original incarnation of Pinto on Christopher Street, where it thrived for 10 years. He closed the restaurant in late 2016 and reopened shortly after in a larger West 10th Street space as Pinto Garden, finding new energy and a more focused yet creative direction for his cooking.

Pinto Garden, including the year-round heated and enclosed backyard garden, is available for private events. Chef Yo can design and personalize family-style tasting menus tailored for your group's private dining experience. 

 Chef Yo and his experienced team -- General Manager Kobsak Songyoo, who is also an interior designer for Pinto Restaurant Group, team with Koong Spicy Chef de Cuisine ensure that Pinto Garden guests will be taken care of and feel nourished as if they are dining at their family's house. Our motto is “Eat Well….Be Well."

In true Thai dining fashion, we serve the food family-style. Dinner at Pinto Garden is a festive communal experience for friends and family to gather at our tables, sharing food and conversation. 

 We work directly with Greenmarket Co., New York City’s first and only “food hub” dedicated to supporting regional food producers, allowing Pinto Garden to maintain a strong connection with small tristate area farms to procure the freshest, highest quality ingredients.
